Cottam Skate park

Can a Skatepark be included with the new construction of the outdoor pavilion? As a resident of Cottam since birth, I believe an inclusion of a Skate Park would be beneficial to the town and community. Having to go out and drive somewhere is a hassle, and I know Kingsville already has it’s own skate park, I do believe building one in the town of Cottam would be beneficial for the community, as Cottam is a residential town with many families. With Cottam being such a rural area, a skate parks inclusion would greatly benefit the town as more people could learn to skate without having to drive a town over. Thank you.
