Summer Camp Survey

The Town of Kingsville's Recreation Programs and Special Events department is leading six weeks of camps this year. As your child(ren) attended the camp, we ask you to fill out the survey to help us continually improve. The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete, and your name is not attached in any way. All results provided will be used for internal planning. We are thankful that you have entrusted your child(ren) to us and count it a privilege.
