Recreation/Program Providers Survey

The purpose of this survey is to better understand your current programming, barriers that you are currently experiencing in the delivery of your program offerings, and opportunities where the Town can better support your organization. You have been identified as providing a recreation or program to residents in the Town of Kingsville. 

The survey is confidential and will be used solely for internal planning purposes. Any results that will be made public will be based on themes and trends and will never identify an organization or business. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
