Option A includes an outdoor pavilion, community hall, library space and a separate storage area for user groups (i.e Cottam Soccer and Cottam Baseball). The design shows the building placed where the existing Cottam Library is located (on Fox Street), but the design can also be constructed where the existing Ridgeview Fieldhouse is located (inside the park).
