Option B
Option B includes an outdoor pavilion, community hall, library space and storage area for user groups (i.e Cottam Soccer and Cottam Baseball) located within the building. The design shows the building placed where the existing Ridgeview Fieldhouse is located (inside the park), but the design can also be constructed where the existing Cottam Library is located (on Fox Street).
