Thank you for your feedback. After careful consideration, the Town has decided to defer this project to 2026 due to time constraints before the end of the year. Once we finalize the start date, we will resend the notification and relaunch the public consultation period.

The Town of Kingsville is planning major reconstruction of Woodfern Avenue, Willow Drive and Peach Drive in 2025, and Queen Boulevard, Prince Street and Lee Road in 2026.

This work is part of the Town's regular Asset Management Planning and will repair aging infrastructure in those neighbourhoods. Residents can expect the following improvements:

  • Installation of new storm sewers and service connections to the property line
  • Installation of new watermain and service connections to the property line
  • New asphalt road surface
  • Installation of new curbs. From existing curbs to barrier style curbs (square curbs) which match the Town's current development standards

The first phase of the project begins summer 2025 with an estimated completion date of December 1, 2025. The second phase begins summer 2026.
