Project Updated June 1, 2026

The Town of Kingsville is now moving forward with the Ruthven Subdivision Reconstruction project, which was deferred to summer 2026 due to time constraints in 2025.

The Town is planning major reconstruction of Queen Boulevard, Prince Street and Lee Road in 2026, and Woodfern Avenue, Willow Drive and Peach Drive in 2027.

This work is part of the Town's regular Asset Management Planning and will repair aging infrastructure in those neighbourhoods. Residents can expect the following improvements:

  • Installation of new storm sewers and service connections to the property line
  • Installation of new watermain and service connections to the property line
  • New asphalt road surface
  • Installation of new curbs

The first phase of the project begins summer 2026 with an estimated completion date of December 1, 2026. The second phase begins summer 2027.
